Dominique Briand came to the Masterseries with one goal, 10 climbs ...or more... and he got the challenge!
He did 4 climbs by Sault , 3 by Bedoin and 3 by Malaucène.
He found Malaucène the most difficult of the three ways, the heat was very high on the Giant slopes, sometimes more than 38 C in the hotest hours of the afternoon.
Dominique Briand was on the bike during 22 hours 42 minutes, 1 hour and 8 minutes less than Jean Pascal Roux on may 29!

2004 'll be the record's year on the Mount Ventoux!
